The Sammic MB-51 combination mixer equips your kitchen to tackle high-volume prep with confidence. Blend up to 80 liters as an immersion hand mixer or whisk up to 30 liters (equivalent to 80 egg whites) for fast, consistent aeration. Quickly switch between the 16.5-inch stainless steel blending arm and the 16-inch stainless steel whisk to streamline soups, sauces, dressings, batters, and more.
Dial in performance with variable speed ranges: 1,500–12,000 rpm for blending and 200–1,500 rpm for whisking. The tempered steel tri-blade cutting system powers through purees and emulsions, while the whisk delivers stable peaks for meringues and whipped cream. Use the continuous run option to maintain steady results during extended mixing tasks.
