The Sammic SE-520 CC countertop vacuum packing machine drives high-volume prep with precision. Its 22.3" x 16.9" x 8.4" stainless steel chamber and two removable 17" parallel sealing bars let you stage multiple pouches at once. A digital control panel with percentage-of-vacuum display helps you dial in consistent, repeatable seals across shifts.
A Busch pump rated at 700 ft³/h (20 m³/h) evacuates fast to keep lines moving, while an oil maintenance cycle simplifies routine pump care. Use progressive decompression and phased vacuum to protect soft or porous foods—cheeses, marinated proteins, breads, or delicate produce. Vac Norm external vacuum readiness expands your workflow to compatible containers for mise en place and finished garnishes.
