The Sammic SU-310P is a countertop vacuum packing machine engineered to accelerate prep and maintain consistency across busy shifts. This food packaging machine pairs a sensor-controlled Busch pump (350 ft³/10 m³ per hour) with a 12.6" sealing bar and a dependable double seal, while Bluetooth connectivity and an intuitive digital interface keep operation efficient.
Program up to 25 settings to standardize packaging for proteins, cheeses, produce, or batch mise en place. Phased vacuum handles soft, porous products without collapse, protecting presentation and reducing rework.
The backlit touch keyboard and LCD color screen simplify training and speed changeovers between items. A stainless steel body with a deep-drawn chamber stands up to daily service, and the included filling plate supports consistent pack height. Running on 120v/50/60/1-ph with a 1/2 HP motor and certified NSF and CSA, it fits seamlessly into most commercial kitchens.
