Powered by a sensor-controlled Busch pump delivering 700 ft³ (20 m³) per hour, it achieves consistent results while protecting product quality. Select inert gas injection for oxidation-sensitive items and delicate textures. Phased vacuum settings handle soft, porous products without crushing.
Configure up to 25 programs, including PLUS welding for retort pouches, to standardize workflows across shifts. The stainless steel body and deep-drawn chamber stand up to daily use, and the included filling plate supports efficient bag positioning. Ideal for portioning, bulk prep, and high-appearance retail packs across commissaries, restaurants, and institutional kitchens.
