The Sammic XM-12 stick immersion blender is engineered for precise, small-batch prep up to 10 liters (10.6 qt.). A variable speed motor block ranging from 1,500 to 15,000 rpm allows operators to match output to each recipe. The 8-1/2 inch removable stainless steel blending arm with a 2-1/2 inch diameter bell works with the All-In-One tempered steel tri-blade cutting system for consistent results. Ergonomic details include a Bi-Mat-Grip with anti-slip material and squared housing for confident handling, plus a safety power indication light for clear status visibility. Delivering .33 HP at 240 watts and 1.5 amp, the unit operates on 120v/50/60/1-ph and connects with a NEMA 5-15P. The XM-12 is listed by NSF, CE, ETL, and cETLus.
