The Sammic XM-33 immersion stick blender accelerates high-volume prep with a 60 liter (63 qt.) working capacity. A fixed-speed 12,000 rpm motor block, rated at 0.54 HP and 400 watts, drives the All-In-One tempered steel tri-blade to quickly puree soups, emulsify sauces, and blend batters directly in your vessel. Its 16-1/2" stainless steel detachable arm with a 3-11/25" dia. bell reaches deep stockpots for consistent results.
