Built for high-volume kitchens, the Sammic XM-51V immersion hand mixer streamlines batch prep up to 80 liters (85 qt). Variable speed from 1,500–12,000 rpm and a 1.1 HP, 720 W motor let you blend, purée, and emulsify directly in stockpots.
The 16.7-inch stainless steel detachable arm with a 4-inch bell reaches deep vessels and is dishwasher safe for fast turnaround. Its All-In-One tempered steel tri-blade and SmoothControl Speed System produce silky soups, smooth sauces, and stable dressings.
Run continuously for large production while the Ergo-design Bi-Mat-Grip enhances comfort and control. TiltStop fall safety, an overload alarm, and dual-color LED indicators promote safe operation on the line. A NEMA 5-15P plug and wall mount simplify integration into any station.
