The Scotsman CU0715MAX-1 is a 15" undercounter ice maker with bin that produces up to 80 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with an AHRI certified 53 lb at 90°/70°. Its 36 lb bin storage capacity keeps service-ready inventory on hand. A horizontal evaporator forms a clear medium cube that enhances beverage presentation and melts predictably.
Designed for efficient installation and operation, this air cooled, self contained unit uses R290 refrigerant and includes a power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug. No side clearance is required, and 6" legs are included; ADA compliant with floor mount kit. An ice scoop is included for convenient dispensing, and a unit specific QR code speeds access to information. Engineered and assembled in USA.
