The Scotsman CU50GAX-1 undercounter ice maker produces gourmet cubes that enhance beverage presentation and service flow. At 15 inches wide with a reversible door, it fits neatly beneath bars, chef’s counters, and server stations. A horizontal evaporator forms 1" x 1.13" x 1.25" cubes suited for cocktails, tasting menus, and upscale pours.

Performance is built in: the air-cooled, self-contained system makes up to 65 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (49 lb certified at 90°/70°) and stores 26 lb in the integrated bin. Installation is straightforward with a gravity drain, stainless steel exterior, and 1" adjustable legs to level the unit. A unit-specific QR code provides quick access to resources, and the included NEMA 5-15P power cord simplifies electrical setup. Using R290 refrigerant and listed by NSF and cULus, the CU50GAX-1 is engineered and assembled in the USA.
