Designed for back-of-house efficiency, Prodigy Plus® flake style ice makers operate with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser. Flake production is rated up to 450 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 344 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°, supported by sealed maintenance-free bearings, a stainless steel evaporator and auger, and a stainless steel finish. Daily care includes AutoAlert™ indicating lights, a unit specific QR code, a front facing removable air filter, and one-touch cleaning, with AgION™ antimicrobial protection and R290 refrigerant.

The top-mounted ice bin supports workflow with an application capacity of 893 lb and a 48 inch width, plus a top-hinged front-opening door for convenient access. A metallic finish exterior, toolless removable baffle, polyurethane insulation, and a polyethylene liner facilitate operation, and the bin includes 6 inch legs. This configuration operates on 115v/60/1-ph, meets NSF and cULus standards, and is engineered and assembled in the USA.
