Deliver consistent flake ice production with the Scotsman FS0522AX-1 Prodigy Plus® unit. This air-cooled model with a self-contained condenser produces up to 450 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and is AHRI certified for 344 lb at 90°/70°. Sealed, maintenance-free bearings and a stainless steel evaporator and auger support dependable performance, while the stainless steel finish complements demanding back-of-house environments. The system utilizes R290 refrigerant.

Operation and service are supported by AutoAlert™ indicating lights, a unit specific QR code, and a front facing removable air filter. One-touch cleaning and AgION™ antimicrobial protection are built in. The FS0522AX-1 is NSF and cULus listed, and engineered and assembled in USA.
