The Scotsman MC0830SAX-32 Prodigy ELITE ice maker is a cube style, air-cooled head with a self-contained condenser. It produces up to 921 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 708 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°. The small cube size supports beverage service and presentation across high-volume operations. A stainless steel finish and AgION antimicrobial protection suit demanding kitchen, bar, and service environments.

For efficient workflows, the ICELINQ mobile app with Bluetooth connectivity enables app-based setup, monitoring, and diagnostics. AutoAlert indicating lights and an external bin full indicator keep staff informed. WaterSense adjustable purge control, one-touch cleaning, and harvest assist support ongoing performance and maintenance routines. Front-facing removable air filters and a unit-specific QR code aid service. The unit uses R290 refrigerant, operates on 208-230v/60/1-ph, is cULus and NSF listed, and is engineered and assembled in the USA.
