Product Description

The Prodigy Plus® ice maker produces nugget style, Original Chewable Ice® and features a water-cooled, self-contained condenser, engineered and assembled in the USA. It delivers production capacity up to 455 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 308 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph and is NSF and cULus listed. These specifications support the needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.

Daily operation is supported by sealed maintenance-free bearings, AutoAlert™ indicating lights, a unit specific QR code, a stainless auger and evaporator, and a stainless steel finish. It also incorporates one-touch cleaning, AgION™ antimicrobial protection, and R290 refrigerant for efficient workflows across chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. Production is AHRI certified at 308 lb per 24 hours at 90°/70°.
