Power high-volume prep with this 3 door 72” sandwich prep table configured for efficient cold storage, ideal for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. A 22.3 cu ft capacity and a 1/5 HP compressor are paired with low energy usage of 6.49 kW/24h. The unit operates on 115V/60/1-ph for compatibility with standard commercial power.
The stainless steel exterior is matched with a painted aluminum interior. A swing-style solid door and self-closing doors support access during service, and efficient LED lighting illuminates the interior. Locking casters allow repositioning or securing in place, and the unit is ETL Electrical and ETL Sanitation listed and DOE compliant.
