The Serv-Ware ETG-24 electric countertop griddle adds capacity without crowding your line. A 24-1/8-inch-wide chassis paired with a 24 x 15-1/2-inch flat surface gives room to sear proteins, toast buns, and flip pancakes during rush periods.
Set precise temperatures from 150°F to 570°F with thermostatic controls and check status at a glance with power and heat indicator lights. 3-inch splash guards on the sides and rear help contain splatter, while a removable grease pan speeds end-of-shift cleanup.
Stainless steel construction and 4-inch adjustable legs support everyday use and quick leveling on uneven counters. Put it to work at breakfast stations, burger boards, or à la carte finishing to streamline workflow and presentation across service.
