The Serv-Ware ETG-36 electric countertop griddle boosts line efficiency with a 36-1/4" footprint and a 36" x 15-1/2" flat cooking surface. Its 1" thick steel plate distributes heat evenly for consistent results across the cook zone. Dial in 150–570°F with thermostatic controls to handle eggs, pancakes, and seared proteins with precision.
Stage multiple tickets at once—cook bacon, hash browns, and French toast together, then switch to burgers, quesadillas, or vegetables without slowing service. Power and heat indicator lights provide at-a-glance status, while 3" side and rear splash guards help contain splatter and protect adjacent stations.
Speed cleanup with a removable grease pan and stainless steel construction suited for busy kitchens. Level the unit with 4" adjustable stainless steel legs to integrate seamlessly on the line. The ETG-36 operates on 3-phase power, can be converted to single-phase, and is cETLus and CE listed.
