A raised pan rail with six 1/3 pans plus the included cutting board streamlines assembly for consistent pies during peak hours.
Maintain proper holding temps using the electronic thermostat and check readings instantly on the LED digital display. Side-mount, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon delivers reliable cold, while automatic defrosting and evaporation simplify daily upkeep. A self-closing solid door helps keep cold air in between pulls.
Built for busy kitchens, the stainless steel exterior and ABS interior liner stand up to frequent cleaning. One adjustable, epoxy-coated shelf adapts to backup ingredients and various container sizes. Four casters, including two braked, make it easy to reposition the unit for cleaning or line changes.
