The one-section, 23 cu. ft. cabinet organizes daily backups across three epoxy-coated wire shelves. An electronic thermostat and LED digital display streamline checks and adjustments during service. Stage line garnishes, chill desserts, or hold bottled beverages so crews can grab and go without breaking workflow.
Built for demanding use, the 430 stainless steel exterior and 304 stainless steel floor simplify cleaning, and the aluminum-painted interior wipes down quickly. Bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports consistent holding. Four casters, including two with brakes, make it easy to roll for cleaning and lock in place during rushes.
