The Serv-Ware SCBS-24-SA is a 24-inch wide radiant broiler designed with (2) 30,000 BTU stainless steel U-shaped burners and a hot rolled steel radiant burner cover. This pairing provides the radiant heat profile chefs expect while keeping operation straightforward and efficient. Manual controls and a standby pilot support simple, ready-to-use performance for daily service.
Built for practical workflow, this unit includes a back and side splash and an oil collector at the bottom. A stainless steel front and sides with adjustable legs provide a clean, professional presentation and easy setup. The SCBS-24-SA meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings.
