Three 30,000 BTU stainless steel U-shaped burners operate beneath a hot rolled steel radiant burner cover to concentrate energy where food meets the cooking surface, helping you sear burgers, steaks, and skewers quickly to keep tickets moving.
Manual controls with a standby pilot enable fast ignition and responsive heat adjustments during rushes. A back and side splash help contain splatter, while the bottom oil collector streamlines cleanup between batches.
