A dedicated cold zone traps crumbs beneath the heat to help keep oil cleaner between filtrations and maintain true flavors, while a 450°F hi-limiter provides overheat protection during peak service. Three 30,000 BTU tubes drive reliable recovery, and end-of-shift tasks move faster with the 1-1/4" full-port drain. Stage batches on the double rod basket hanger, and handle product safely with the included chromed basket featuring a plastic-coated handle.
