Set precise cook temps from 200–400°F with the adjustable thermostat, while the 450°F hi-limiter adds an extra layer of protection. The easy-start continuous pilot keeps the fryer ready for the next drop—ideal for high-frequency items like fries, tenders, and breaded seafood. A 1-1/4" full-port drain expedites end-of-shift oil removal and cleanup so crews can turn the line quickly.

Built with stainless steel and 6" adjustable legs, the SGF-50N levels quickly under the hood and stands up to daily service.
