The Serv-Ware SGR-4B-SA is a 24-inch gas range designed for busy commercial kitchens that need reliable heat and efficient workflow. It features four open burners rated at 30,000 BTU per burner, allowing simultaneous cooking across multiple stations. Measuring 24" W x 32.6" D x 60" H, this unit offers a 250°F–550°F temperature range to handle day-to-day menu demands.
Built for demanding operations, it includes a stainless steel front, back riser, high shelf, oven handle, and bullnose. High temperature burner knobs with set screw provide secure control, while nickel plated bullet feet support sturdy placement. A porcelain door liner and oven bottom add durable, easy-to-maintain surfaces. Gas connection details include a 3/4 in. gas line, 4 in. W.C. for natural gas, and 10 in. W.C. for LP.
