Six 30,000 BTU open burners deliver responsive heat for searing, sautéing, and boiling across multiple stations. Maximize output while maintaining a compact footprint for tight kitchen layouts.
A 31,000 BTU convection oven with a U-shaped burner promotes even roasting and baking. Use the two included racks to stage sheet pans or hotel pans, while the back riser shelf keeps essentials within reach during peak periods. Requires a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection.
Speed cleanup with removable heavy-duty cast grates and a pull-out crumb tray between turns. A stainless steel front and back riser with galvanized sides stands up to daily use, and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling. Ships with an LP conversion kit and carries cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF listings to fit common kitchen standards.
