Equip your line with the Serv-Ware SHPS-12, a 12-inch gas countertop hotplate designed for tight cook stations. Two octagonal cast iron burners deliver a combined 50,000 BTU for searing proteins, sautéing vegetables, or boiling small batches on demand.
Set heat quickly with simple manual controls while a standby pilot keeps the flame ready between tickets. Rugged cast iron burners and grates support heavy pans, and the removable bottom crumb tray speeds end-of-shift cleanup to keep the station tidy.
Built with stainless steel front and sides, this unit cleans easily and stands up to daily use. Adjustable stainless steel legs help you level on uneven counters, and it arrives configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included for flexible installation.
