The Serv-Ware SHPS-24-SA is a 24-inch, four-burner gas hot plate built with stainless steel construction and heavy-duty cast iron grates. Each of its four burners is rated at 25,000 BTU/H for dependable heat output across the cooking surface.
With overall dimensions of 24" W x 27.2" D x 11.28" H and a 3/4 gas line, this unit is specified for commercial gas service. Gas pressure specifications are 4 in. W.C. for natural gas and 10 in.
