Heavy-duty cast iron grates support stock pots and sauté pans and promote even heat transfer across the cooking surface. A bottom crumb tray accelerates end-of-shift cleanup, and the stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily use in restaurants, cafeterias, and catering operations. Adjustable stainless steel legs make leveling simple, so teams can sear proteins, boil pasta, and simmer sauces side-by-side while maintaining pace and presentation.
