The Serv-Ware SHPS-36-SA 36" six burner hot plate brings powerful, even heating to busy cooklines. With overall dimensions of 36" W x 27.2" D x 11.28" H, this unit provides a wide cooking surface while maintaining a low profile for streamlined station layout. Six burners rated at 25,000 BTU per burner support simultaneous sautéing, searing, and simmering to keep tickets moving.
Built with stainless steel construction and heavy-duty cast iron grates, this hot plate is designed for steady performance in daily service. A 3/4 gas line connection simplifies installation, and manifold pressures are set at 4 in. W.C. for natural gas and 10 in. W.C. for LP, helping ensure proper setup to match your gas supply.
