Engineered for daily use, this griddle features stainless steel legs, front, and sides, plus a chrome-coated zinc alloy knob. Installation is streamlined with a 3/4 gas line connection, along with 4 in. W.C. for natural gas and 10 in. W.C. for LP, helping chefs and facility managers meet utility requirements and maintain efficient workflow.
