The Serv-Ware SP48-12-HC-T is a 12 pan sandwich prep unit designed to support busy make-lines. At 48.2" W x 29.9" D x 43.2" H, it pairs a stainless steel exterior with an easy-clean ABS interior and a 304 stainless steel floor. CFC free foam insulation helps preserve cold and cabinet integrity during peak periods.
Performance comes from a 1/2 HP system rated at 1365 BTU/H using R290 refrigerant (3.17 oz charge). The cabinet maintains 33°F–41°F and defrosts every 6 hours. Inside, epoxy coated wire shelving (one per door) supports organized storage, while the 12 pan top positions ingredients for efficient assembly. Electrical requirements are 115V, 4.3 amps, 60 Hz, single phase.
