The Serv-Ware STGS-12 gas countertop griddle powers busy service with consistent heat and durable stainless construction. A 3/4" thick plate and one H-shaped cast iron burner deliver uniform coverage and quick recovery across the cooking surface. Sear burgers, fry eggs, toast buns, or finish sandwiches without shifting pans or losing pace.
Dial in exact temperatures with thermostatic control, while the standby pilot enables rapid relights between orders to keep the rail moving. A welded stainless steel back and side splash contains splatter, and a removable stainless steel drip tray streamlines end-of-shift cleanup. These details help crews maintain workflow and presentation on compact lines.
