The Serv-Ware SWGST-2 is a 2 bay gas steam table designed to keep service organized and efficient. With (2) open wells that accommodate standard size pans, it supports flexible menu layouts from sides to entrees. Each well has an individual control valve, so staff can adjust settings independently for dependable line flow during peak periods.
Cast iron burners support each well, and the removable 7" cutting board creates a convenient surface for quick prep and plating. A stainless steel open base with undershelf offers accessible, organized storage beneath the unit. The compact 30.39" W x 22.5" D x 33.15" H footprint helps maximize space while maintaining a clean, professional presentation at the pass.
