The Serv-Ware SWGST-3 is a 3 bay gas steam table built for efficient service lines. Measuring 44.37" W x 22.5" D x 33.15" H, it features (3) open wells that accommodate standard size pans. Cast iron burners power each well, and an individual control valve per well supports precise adjustments to match changing menu needs throughout a service period.
For workflow and presentation, the removable 7" cutting board offers a dedicated surface for finishing, plating, or quick prep.
