The Serv-Ware SWGST-4 is a 4 bay gas steam table built for busy serving lines. It features four open wells that accommodate standard size pans, each managed by an individual control valve for precise station-by-station operation. Measuring 58.35"W x 22.5"D x 33.15"H, it balances capacity and footprint. Cast iron burners power the wells for reliable daily use.
Workflow is supported with a removable 7" cutting board for on-the-spot finishing, plus a stainless steel open base with undershelf. This configuration helps streamline service while keeping the line organized and adaptable to changing menus.
