The Serv-Ware UCR-36-HC-T undercounter refrigerator delivers 7.7 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage in a compact 36.4" W x 29.9" D x 35.5" H footprint to support efficient workflow. A stainless steel exterior handles daily demands, while the painted aluminum interior with ABS side panels and a 304 stainless steel floor simplifies cleaning and product handling. The 33°F–41°F holding range helps keep ingredients at target temperatures during service.
Engineered for dependable performance, it uses R600 refrigerant with a 2.29 oz charge, a 3/8 HP system rated at 3000 BTU/H, and defrosting every 6 hours to maintain cooling. PVC coated wire shelving (1 per door) organizes product, and CFC free foam insulation supports temperature retention. Electrical requirements are 115V, 2 amps, 60 Hz, single phase.
