Keep ingredients within the ideal 33°F–41°F range while benefiting from a durable stainless steel exterior and a cleanable interior of painted aluminum with ABS side panels and a 304 stainless steel floor. PVC-coated wire shelving (one per door) supports organized storage and quick access during service.
Performance is driven by a 3/8 HP refrigeration system producing 3200 BTU/H and using R600a refrigerant with a 2.82 oz charge. To help maintain consistent temperatures, defrosting occurs every 6 hours. CFC free foam adds dependable cabinet integrity, while simple electrical requirements—115V, 3 amps, 60 Hz, single phase—streamline installation for operators, chefs, buyers, and facility managers focused on reliable, workflow-ready refrigeration.
