Its insulated base helps maintain food-safe temperatures, while two stainless steel pumps deliver reliable performance during rush periods.
Deploy this unit on a sandwich make line, sundae bar, or self-serve station to organize toppings and speed assembly. Load ice or use rectangular eutectic ice packs (sold separately) to keep contents cold without power, simplifying placement across front- or back-of-house.
Standardize portions to control cost and protect plate consistency. Each pump dispenses up to 1.25 oz per stroke and includes collars that reduce output in 1/8 oz increments for Portion Optimization™, pairing durable stainless steel pumps with two 3.5 qt white plastic fountain jars for efficient, professional presentation.
