Its rethermalizing water-bath and wrap-around heating elements deliver even, gentle heat for two products simultaneously. Serve directly from #10 cans or 3 qt stainless steel jars to speed changeovers and reduce cleanup.
Control costs and presentation with precise portioning. Two stainless steel pumps dispense up to 1 oz per stroke and adjust in 1/8 oz increments with included collars for consistent servings. Individual temperature-sensing thermostats for each well let you dial in settings for cheese sauce on one side and hot fudge or gravy on the other.
Built for busy service lines, this food topping warmer plugs into a standard 120V outlet and provides 1 kW of dependable performance. Deploy it on buffet lines, concessions, cafés, or back-of-house stations to streamline workflow and maintain quality from the first pour to the last.
