Keep sauces, dressings, and dessert toppings at optimal serving temperature with the Server 82066 food topping warmer base. This rethermalizing water-bath system uses a temperature-sensing thermostat and a wrap-around heating element to deliver accurate, even heat where you need it.
Streamline your line by dropping in a #10 can or the 3 qt stainless steel 94009 jar (both sold separately) and serve directly. Configure for fast ladling or pair with a compatible pump (sold separately) to control portions and reduce waste. Not intended for potentially hazardous foods.
Built for busy kitchens, this stainless steel unit plugs into a standard outlet for simple setup. For proper operation when purchasing the base only, the spacer 82063 is required and sold separately.
