Accelerate portion-controlled sauce service with the Server 83300 (CP-200) fountain jar pump. This stainless steel, NSF-listed unit dispenses thick condiments and thicker craft sauces from a shallow 2 qt fountain jar (sold separately). Use it on chilled or ambient stations to keep lines moving and plating consistent.
Standardize recipes with precision: each stroke yields up to 1 oz and can be reduced in 1/8 oz increments using the included portion collars. Streamline burger lines, sundae bars, coffee drink finishing, and salad stations while curbing waste and food cost.
