Streamline utensil staging while cutting water use with the Server 87740 ConserveWell mounted utensil holder. This electric holder maintains utensils above 140°F to support safe holding temperatures without a continuous-flow dipper well. Mount it beside a serving station, ice cream rail, or prep line to keep frequently used tools clean, hot, and ready.
Two 1/9-size, 4-inch deep stainless steel pans organize short-handled utensils, making changeovers fast during peak service. Key-slot mounting brackets enable quick installation and easy removal for cleaning. Designed for plastic handled utensils and non-gel-filled dishers, it helps standardize workflow and presentation.
