Streamline cold topping service with the Silver King SKRN36-ESUS1 refrigerated fountainette. With a 36" footprint and dual-service top rail and pan well, it organizes high-volume garnishes, sauces, and mix-ins at proper holding temperatures. Ideal for ice cream shops, beverage bars, fast-casual lines, and cafeterias.
Configure the top rail for seven 3.5-qt jars while the pan well holds up to twelve 2-qt jars or ten 1/6 pans; included adapter bars let you switch layouts quickly. The rear-mounted, self-contained system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and automatic defrost to reduce routine maintenance. An adjustable temperature control lets you fine-tune performance across shifts.
