Engineered for demanding prep, the Sirman MANTEGNA 350 BS TOP (15352208SNA) is a heavy-duty, manual cured meat slicer with vertical feed and belt-driven power. Its 14" diameter chromium-plated forged carbon steel blade delivers clean, uniform cuts up to 1-3/16" thick, ideal for cooked and cured meats. This configuration supports precise portioning and presentation across high-volume service.
A removable double-feed carriage with safety hand guard streamlines loading and cleaning, while the removable built-in sharpener with aluminum assembly keeps the blade ready for consistent performance. A stainless steel shaft assembly, self-lubricating bushings and ball bearings, and a fan-cooled motor promote smooth operation. Rotary on/off with indicator light provides quick control. Durable anodized aluminum construction, 1/2 HP/410 watts, and 120v/60/1-ph power deliver dependable output, and the unit is cULus and ETL-Sanitation listed for professional kitchens.
