Built for demanding service, the Sirman PALLADIO 350 EVO (15354C55G08WNA) is a heavy-duty, manual, gravity feed slicer that helps keep prep moving. A belt-driven EVO pulley system powers a 14-inch knife made from tempered chromium-plated carbon steel, delivering slices up to 1 inch thick. Its anodized aluminum construction and chromed steel shaft provide a rugged foundation for consistent performance.
Operators benefit from a removable built-in sharpener with an aluminum assembly, plus a removable carriage with a safety hand guard. Permanent blade rim and inner blade guards add protection, while self-lubricating bushings and bearings support smooth operation. A fan-cooled 1/2 HP, 410-watt motor with overload protection supports reliable performance on a 120v/60/1-ph, 2.0-amp circuit. UL and ETL-Sanitation listed, it gives chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers the control needed for efficient, consistent slicing.
