Built for professional prep lines, the Sirman GF HP 1.5 (20150528F) hard cheese grater is an electric, gear-driven unit that keeps pace with demand. A milled stainless steel drum with 1/16" tooth works with a 1.5 HP, 1400 rpm drive to produce uniform results, yielding up to 3.6 lbs. per minute. From grating hard cheeses to finishing dishes to order, this stainless steel body machine streamlines repetitive tasks and helps maintain consistent texture across batches.
Engineered for workflow and operator safety, it features an IP 67 waterproof ON/OFF stainless steel keypad and a handle safety interlock. A fan-cooled motor, plus overload and no-volt release protection, support consistent performance during service. The Plexiglas catch pan aids product collection. Electrical requirements: 120v/60/1-ph, 1100 watt, 12 amps with 3 wire SJT 16 AWG plug. ETL.
