Built for high-volume kitchens, the Sirman 2132205640236T electric floor model meat grinder delivers up to 7,500 lbs. per hour. Its planetary gear motor and 4 HP, fan-cooled drive maintain consistent torque and throughput during demanding shifts. Durable 304 stainless steel construction supports busy prep lines and easy sanitation.
Operators benefit from a square feeding neck and guards on the sides of the feed tray for controlled, safer loading. A rotary ON/OFF switch, safety interlock, overload and no-volt release protection, plus PS over-current protections help safeguard staff and equipment. The removable tray speeds cleanup, and the unit includes a self-sharpening stainless steel knife and 3/16" plate to start producing right away.
Hamburger attachment ready, the TC 32 MONTANA connects via cord and plug to a 220v/60/3-ph supply and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation requirements.
