Operational safety and workflow are built in: a rotary ON/OFF switch and safety interlock pair with overload and no-volt release protection. A square feeding neck and guards on the sides of the feed tray enhance handling, while the fan-cooled 7 HP motor powers through tough jobs. The 304 stainless steel construction resists wear, and the unit ships ready to work with a self-sharpening stainless steel knife and 3/16" plate.
