Built for serious production, the Sirman TC 42 MONTANA 2142215640236T meat grinder streamlines high-volume grinding with output up to 7,500 lbs. per hour. Its 7 HP, 5,145-watt, fan-cooled motor with a planetary gear motor delivers steady power for consistent results. A square feeding neck and guards on the sides of the feed tray support efficient, controlled loading, while the removable tray helps speed changeovers and cleanup to keep workflows moving.
Operators benefit from a rotary on/off switch and safety interlock, plus overload and no-volt release protection with PS over-current protections. The 304 stainless steel construction stands up to demanding use and daily sanitation. This floor model includes a self-sharpening stainless steel knife and 3/16" plate, and it is hamburger attachment ready. Powered by 220v/60/3-ph with cord and plug, it carries cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications for commercial installations.
