It combines grooved top and bottom plates with (2) 14-1/2"W x 9-7/8"D cast iron cooking surfaces, each finished with Paninonstick non-stick ceramic coating for reliable release and quick turnover. Adjustable, self-balancing upper plates maintain even contact across products of varying thickness, while an adjustable thermostat up to 570°F and a 15-minute timer help you dial in precise cook cycles.
Designed for efficient workflow, this unit features a removable drip tray for cleaner stations and includes a scraping brush for end-of-shift maintenance. A durable stainless steel body stands up to daily use, and the 3000-watt heating system on 220v/60 power (15.7 amps) supports high-performance output.
