Adjustable self-balancing upper plates help maintain even pressure across varied product thicknesses, while an adjustable thermostat up to 570°F supports precise temperature control.
For efficient workflow, the integrated 15-minute timer helps manage cook cycles, and a removable drip tray captures runoff for quick disposal. The included scraping brush aids daily maintenance, and the stainless steel body adds durability in demanding environments.
